Some users were unable to connect via IMAP/POP/SMTP for 30 minutes. We've corrected the problem and access has been restored. No mail has been lost.

The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 7:00 AM EDT November 4 and end by 9:00 AM EDT November 4 (between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM GMT November 4).
Network issues between Australia and our servers in the US caused delayed responses to our Australian customers. The issue is resolved as of now. No mail was lost. We'll continue to monitor.
Some users are experiencing delay in accessing Fastmail services. We are investigating the issue.
